This week’s photo challenge Inspiration theme lingered with me for a bit after I posted my image. It reminded me that greenery enhances creativity. If your workspace doesn’t look out onto a lovely garden or lush forest, don’t despair. Surround your work area with pot plants. The empirical studies suggest that you will have 15% more ideas, and more creative ones at that. I’m off to water my plants now.

Do artificial ones count? My thumb is much closer to black than green 😉
Apparently artificial ones are alright but not as good an effect as real ones. Interesting huh? I have a black thumb too. When an indoor plants dies, I replace it with a new one ! I seem to underwater or overwater. Oh, and I never re-pot any of them.
I’d be throwing a lot of good money after bad if I went your route! Maybe I can simply put up pictures of plants 😉
