A British summer sunset at 9.30pm in Brighton. Glorious. I don’t usually have my camera to hand for sunset shots and it was a mighty leap when I saw this scene out of the window.
I have a Snap Chat post about taking sunset images, titled “Why are sunsets notoriously difficult?“, that you might want to check out. It’s reminded me that I haven’t done a Snap Chat post in ages.

Great capture! Good thing you had your camera with you.
I know! I don’t always have it with me.
Not even one on your phone? That’s my only camera these days.
Yes there’s a camera on my phone but it isn’t as flexible as an SLR camera. Camera phones are amazing these days although the image quality still doesn’t match up to a proper camera.
The best camera is the one you have 🙂
Absolutely
Gorgeous! It’s sunsets like this that make me thankful for the day I’ve just had and grateful that I got to see another sunset.
Well said!
You should always have your camera with you…you never know when you will something worth taking in pictures. Lovely sunset. (Suzanne)
I know! It’s a shame that it’s bulky and heavy to carry around sometimes. But I should do it more often.
