Look at that lush grass. Who wouldn’t want to lie down and do nothing for a while? Nice shot. 🙂
Well said! And thanks.
This shot gives me a strange urge to burst into the chorus of Jerusalem^. Such rich greens!
^Don’t worry I’m in Australia. You won’t hear me.
Oh yes, that absolutely a fits. I bet it would echo well into the valley!
Very unusual to see them like this – well caught WC!
I’ve subsequently been told that cows lie down when they know it’s going to rain so that they can keep their patch of grass dry !
But that’s what Cows do! lol….:)
I’ve seen cows sit around but I had never seen them actually lie on their side. I thought that happened in the night when I’m not looking!
Maybe someone was Cow Tipping!! lol…
wow feasting my eyes on that verdant green pasture; drought conditions at my end!
If only the weather could balance out somewhat. In the middle of our walk, the rain came down and we found a tea house to step into until it stopped. It’s certainly verdant!
Lol, I think I’m going to rename our “Sloth Sunday” to a “Cow Conference” day!😆
Ha! That’s good. Although I reckon Sloth Sunday is less unwieldy so you should stick to that.
