Christmas lights are delightful. They make even the dreariest streets look happy and luminous at night. Reply
Christmas lights are so lovely & pretty. I wish they would keep them through January & February as well when it’s dark and cold and there’s no Christmas to look forward to. Reply
I agree the lights are nice at this time of year when the days are so short. In Montréal, they have an event called Luminotherapy with illuminations & projections on a number of buildings until Jan 31 and then at the end of February there is a Light Festival with outdoor concerts and lights (though it can be quite cold at that time of the year so makes it difficult to attend outdoor concerts!)
It looks absolutely beautiful – perhaps even more at night time 🙂

I totally agree 🙂
Brisbane has a South Bank, but it is pretty obvious your photo is the other one 🙂
I didn’t know that Brisbane has a South Bank. Yes, it is “the other one”.
Pretty…(Suzanne)

Wow that sounds amazing. And it makes winter a little bit more bearable !
