One of the things I love eating from the Chinese BBQ shop is the orange cuttlefish. I don’t know what the marinade is or how it gets to be orange. Also, it’s not roasted like almost everything else on the menu. But it is supremely delicious !

Hong Kong is a fantastic place for eating. Half the time I don’t know what I’m consuming … which is probably a good thing!

Yes, try it! Done right, it shouldn’t be chewy. One day I should ask what makes it orange. I originally thought – without thinking! – that the squid itself was orange!
But aren’t Cuddle-fish made for Cuddling, such a shame! hehehehe..
