Antarctica. This picture I took of a lone Adelie penguin on a rock looking out into the distance makes me think of the Gary Larson Far Side cartoons. Anyone remember those?

I do remember Far Side and it is still one of my favourite cartoons. You are right that it does have a feel of a Larson’s drawing. All that is missing is some clever quote…but then again you leave it open to us to make it up. (Suzanne)
I looked on the web to see if there is almost exactly this cartoon because i swear I have seen it. But alas, I didn’t find it.
